A traveller's guide

Hello Pisa, Hello Florens!

Alright so Gabriel and Macarena really liked Florens and all that the city has to offer. There was a lot of sightseeing to take care of because it was the first time for them both that they had ever been there. What a day if I may say! The three of us were trying to find our way through the crazy amount of tourists that were just strolling around everywhere. And hey – it’s not even tourist season! Somehow we made it to “Piazza della Signoria” and as always I end up in front of the statue of "il ratto delle Sabine" and it’s just impossible to turn away from the sculpture. What an amazing piece of art it is and what a weird feeling you get in your stomach when you watch it. Everyone who hasn’t seen the sculpture yet has to do so! Of course, we also had time for having a coffee, visiting museums, grabbing a bite and checking out many monuments. Indeed it was a very good and relaxing day (although the traffic in Florens can drive any sane person to madness!) and we had a great time. Sweet Gabriel and Macarena I miss you already and thankyou so much for the rose!

We were the ones who were spoiled with a private room and a wonderful view of Tuscany country side. The morning light on the hills was just like an impressionist painting.
Siena is a lovely city where you feel like being inside an intellectual Italian film.
    Thanks!
