Tea Room

The day before yesterday we went to a really cool coffee shop named”Tea room” which is a very suitable name! On the menu they have more than forty different types of tea and not to forget a whole bar section of “dolci” and “torte” which of course means cupcakes, buns, cakes and about every other kind of dessert that you can think of. It’s a very old and picturesque little coffee shop furnished in an old fashioned way with lots of impressive antique sofas and armchairs. Not mentioning all the teapots and jugs that are everywhere; on the tables, on the bar, on the shelves and well yeah….everywhere as you can tell from the photo! Now maybe you wonder why I write so much about this place, but you must know that it is not an ordinary coffee shop at all! The fact that they close at 3 am (!) every night also contributes to this feeling and the fact that in this little cosy place there is also live music every Wednesday. We went there Tuesday night so unfortunately we missed out on the live music, however we plan on going there real soon again. The day before yesterday we actually spent one of the best evenings on our stay so far thanks to the great atmosphere and the fun people.
